How early should I schedule my booking?
Securing a reservation 2–3 weeks prior is advised, particularly through the busy months of May to September. For private gatherings or business events, reserving 4–6 weeks in advance guarantees greater availability and time for personalisation.
What is the procedure for adverse weather conditions?
Your safety is of paramount importance. Unfavorable weather as judged unsafe by our skipper will prompt a rescheduling of your charter to an alternative date or a full refund will be issued. We constantly track the weather forecast and will reach out if any concerns arise 24 hours prior to your departure time.
Am I allowed to bring my own snacks and drinks?
Certainly, you're permitted to bring your own food and refreshments. We also provide superior catering services and can tailor menus to suit your tastes. Please be reminded that for safety measures, containers made of glass are not allowed onboard.
Do your yachts accommodate guests with limited mobility?
We make every effort to welcome all guests. Certain yachts are more equipped with accessibility features than others. We encourage you to get in touch to discuss accessibility requirements, and we will suggest the most appropriate yacht and make the necessary preparations.
What's the policy on cancellations?
If you cancel more than 72 hours before departure, a full refund is issued. Those who cancel between 24-72 hours before departure will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 24 hours prior to departure are non-refundable, except in circumstances of inclement weather or mechanical complications on our behalf.
